First consultation free  - This allows you to provide an outline of what your concerns are and explore how we can work together, our contract, personal details etc. 
Fee for therapy online or telephone is €50.
Fee for face to face therapy is €60.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to appointment and a full refund issued.  

FAQs 

HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY PROCESS TAKE?

Therapy takes different lengths of time for different people but you are in control of how often you wish to avail of therapy.  The recommended length of time is approx six sessions.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE FIRST SESSION?

The first session is to provide an outline of what has brought you to counselling, how I work, how we can work together by setting expectations and drawing up a plan.  Also for you to complete your personal details, and agree a time that would suit you going forward.

WILL YOU PROVIDE MEDICATIONS?

I do not provide medication.

​HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?

Each session will last 50 minutes.

Will our conversations remain confidential?

Client confidentiality is a requirement of all psychotherapists everything you say remains private and confidential. There are exceptions to confidentiality rules in some circumstances. One of the most common scenarios would be when a client is a threat to himself or others, in which case the therapist must notify someone who can keep the client safe. A therapist may also be required to break confidentiality if someone is at risk of being physically or sexually abused i.e. a child as a therapist is a mandated reporter.

SHOULD MY PARTNER AND I HAVE INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS OR COME TOGETHER?

Where possible, partners should always come together.

​CAN I COME TO COUPLES THERAPY WITHOUT MY PARTNER?

Yes.

​DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS?

I accept card payments.

what if i need to cancel?

You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to session and receive full refund. Less than 24 hours no refund will be issued.
